Job Description :
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team. As an SDR, you will play a crucial role in driving our sales efforts by generating leads, nurturing client relationships, and ensuring client satisfaction. This role will involve a combination of cold calling, lead generation, and client website maintenance.
Job Responsibilities :
- Cold Calling: Initiate contact with potential clients through outbound cold calling to introduce services and generate interest. Effectively communicate our value proposition and qualify leads to pass onto the sales team.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients. Understand their needs, preferences, and challenges to provide tailored solutions and ensure customer satisfaction. Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and concerns.
- Generation: Research and identify potential leads through various channels. Develop strategies to engage prospects and convert them into qualified leads.
Skills & Experience Required :
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong ability to prospect and cold call effectively.
- Proficiency in lead generation techniques and tools.
- Familiarity with CRM software and lead management systems.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in website maintenance or content management is a plus.
