Responsibilities
Engage & Educate Potential Customers:
- Connect with qualified leads via phone, email, and social media in a professional and engaging manner, showcasing your passion for children's education.
- Build rapport and establish trust with potential parents by actively listening to their unique needs and challenges regarding their child's learning and development.
- Effectively communicate the value proposition of Vocaski's online programs, highlighting how they address specific educational needs and empower children to thrive.
Qualify Leads & Drive Enrollment:
- Qualify leads based on their children's age groups, learning goals, and interest levels in Vocaski's programs.
- Schedule and coordinate demo sessions between qualified parents and our expert tutors, ensuring a smooth and informative experience.
- Follow up with leads after their initial contact to gather feedback, address any concerns, and guide them through the enrollment process for a seamless transition.
Maintain Organised Records & Foster Relationships:
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and lead status in the CRM software, ensuring clear communication and efficient follow-up.
- Maintain ongoing communication with leads (parents) to nurture relationships, address inquiries about our programs, and guide them through the enrollment process with personalized support.
- Gather feedback from parents after demo sessions to assess satisfaction levels and identify areas for improvement in the onboarding experience.
Sales Reporting:
- Contribute to accurate sales reporting by maintaining detailed records of your sales activities, customer interactions, and outcomes within the company's CRM system.
Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communication, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum 5 year of experience in a B2C sales or similar role. Experience in the education sector or with EdTech platforms would be a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong presentation and explanation abilities.
- Ability to build rapport and effectively communicate with parents.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and comfortable with CRM software (a plus).
- Excellent organisational skills and time management abilities.
- A passion for education and helping children succeed.
- Self-motivated and driven to achieve goals.
